Homecoming 1982
The 1982 Leesville High School Homecoming, themed “If…A Picture Paints A Thousand Words,” celebrated tradition, unity, and Wampus Cat pride. On Friday, October 15, alumni enjoyed registration, coffee, a spirited school assembly, luncheon at the Holiday Inn, the downtown parade, and the Homecoming football game, where Leesville faced Sam Houston. The celebration continued on Saturday, October 16, with a family barbecue at Leesville City Park and the Alumni Dance at the American Legion Hall, featuring music by the Harmon Drew Group. The 1982 program created lasting memories and honored the shared legacy of Leesville High School alumni.
